Products that are returned empty or products that have been damaged or tampered with will not be accepted. After receiving the returned product, Polarfrostusa will inspect the item and determine the proper course of action. Shipping RatesAll shipping rates are based on weight. Polarfrostusa has the right to choose any carrier to ship products. Based on weight, it is in our customer's best interest to offer multiple carriers. By doing so we can always offer our customers the best shipping rates available. Polarfrostusa uses USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex and multiple trucking companies. Some smaller items will ship USPS. Some of our larger products may require to ship via truck. Additional rates may apply. Additional rates may also apply for drop shipments, shipping to Alaska, Canada and Hawaii. Polar Frost Spray must ship via UPS ground service. All other products are shipped at our discretion.
